Dave I really enjoyed your interview with Jason, it was very informative, and I enjoyed hearing about you, the farm and your lovely family. I so agreed with you about the pork, it is just too lean, pork fat rules!!!
It was nice to hear your voice, you sounded much as I imagined you would, I now have the voice to go with the face.
