Wisteria do NOT come in male and female plants!

The reasons for not blooming that I found are three:
Plant is not mature enough.
Plant is not getting enough light
Plant is getting to much fertilizer, particularly too much nitrogen.
Orchid lecturer, teacher and judge. Retired Wildlife Biologist. Supervisor of a nature preserve up until I retired.
