Finished the peppers today.....put olive oil into cast iron skillet, fried them for about 8 min. Sprinkled them with sea salt (mine wasn't pink like the newspaper suggested) and squeezed some lemon juice on them.....paper said lime juice, but I didn't have a lime! Delish....couldn't stop eating them!
