What might be causing this to the tomato leaves? It's happening to two plants on my deck: Bonnie husky cherry red and Bonnie Lemondrop. The leaves are very heavy and thick but slowly curling inward and ugly from the bottom up. They were in an area where I had trouble with mites before. I have sprayed with neem oil twice, no change. I'm thinking Daconil next?

@farmerdill ???

Thank You!
