Hi SANDIEY, Welcome!

I don't grow Resurrection Plant (Selaginella lepidophylla) but I've read that they can be propagated by division. Cuttings can be taken during the time the plant is actively growing; lay the cuttings atop the soil and water them to initiate growth.

Hopefully someone who actually grows these interesting plants will be able to offer advice and tips for you.
