Okay, time to play Name That Rose. I bought this one years ago from Vintage Gardens. It was supposed to be Jazz Club, which it most certainly is not:

Okay, back to this rose. It blooms a lot, so it's not a once-blooming OGR. It's either a shrub or a very short floribunda. I've had it for years and it's only about 18 inches tall and 30 inches wide. It blooms in clusters. Here are a couple of photos of it from the top and the side. It looks globular from the side, but the top is fairly flat:
