This rose has never displayed even a hint of a stripe. If Melva mislabeled your rose the way Vintage mislabeled mine, the Camaieux ID can't help, Toni.
It definitely isn't an Austin. No Austin is this short. This is a healthy rose, growing for the last 4 or 5 years in a good spot, but it's still under two feet tall. It's some kind of short shrub, possibly even a ground cover shrub.
