Good afternoon, how are you? I have a Dendrobium Orchid which lost its blooms a couple of weeks ago. My questions are:

1. Does it bloom another time on the same stalks? If yes when or should I cut them?

2. In the picture you can see different coloured roots. Which are still good, which have to be cut? And should I repot it?

3. There is a new stalk growing but there are also the older ones which just stopped growing. Will they continue growing? Should I cut them? Can I propagate new orchids from them?

Thanks for the answer in advance.
