Thought some of you folks might have the same problem I had when we were gone on vacation with watering house plants. I hated bothering someone to come and water them. So I started searching the internet and found a product called the waterworm it was not real pricey so I decided to give it a try. I used it on a ficus tree, a hybiscus and a butterfly nephthytis and was very surprised that the plants all looked great when we got home after a month. I thought for sure the nephthytis wouldn't make it. The waterworm wicks the water from a container to the roots of your plant. I used pails that I use for scrubbing floors to hold the water for each plant.

I do not have many house plants but do have a good number of outdoor potted plants in the summer. I am thinking that I may try this on some of the outdoor ones next summer and see if it would work over a weekend.
If you want to be happy for a lifetime plant a garden!
Faith is the postage stamp on our prayers!
