Lynn, WOW, all of what you show are superb! I'm particularly taken with globiferum ssp. hirtum Yellow-Green Form. Heck, if one wants a yellow semp, forget about Lemon Die...er, I mean Lemon Sky, glow that glowing hirtum instead. Silver Angel is adorable, it's in my list Smiling

Tim et al, JI & SI, you folks are talking in code, put it through a translator and came up with Japanese Iris and Siberian Iris. For Siberian Iris that are mind blowing and off the charts, look no further than Joe Pye Weed's Garden, about 20 minutes drive from my current location, they're in Carlisle MA, not far from Boston. Their 2+ acre gardens are magnificent (and utterly weed free, how do they do it), two of the kindest people you'd ever want to meet, Jan Sacks & Marty Schafer. They infilled my Iris cristata collection last year, today I visited my home garden and was able to collect seed off many of the crosses I made earlier this spring, tedious work, the cristata Iris are stingy with pollen Hurray!
