Surely looks like it. He's been releasing a couple every now and then. I think they are O X OTor similar cross-backs to something close to the original 'primary' L. henryi crosses. I believe the objective is to introduce or put back in some good, old fashion L. henryi hardiness into the OT's thats out there in the market place today. This would be a real good choice for a beginning hybridizer to start with something really garden hardy .and likely be fertile both ways too.
I think most know by now, complex OT hybrids are not that garden hardy, having a life of only 7 or 8 years and then on it goes to OT heaven.
