It looks like possibly a Senecio species. There are a few hundred kinds of succulent ones, and about 1300 altogether. The genera have been split several times recently but most hobbyists still call them Senecios.
I grow a few kinds and it's hard to tell them apart sometimes. Here's a page with a lot of examples:
