About 3 months ago I purchased a Lord Baltimore from an online vendor. I placed the root and stem in a large pot. I watered it for two months in potting soil. It just will not grow. One thing I would like opinions on is are there dud roots. Only thing I noticed is i can see some of the roots a little uncovered by dirt and they are green. So I think it's alive, but isn 't growing.
