I made Norweigan Fish Cakes last night. Very different and tasty! Google Norweigan Fish Cakes, and pick the Food & Wine recipe. Just fish (any-I used Haddock) cream and baking powder, and one LESS teaspoon of salt than they call for. So light, and a beautiful golden color when fried in a pan with a speck of oil! It's all done in a food processor.
