Gordon, the 'sun parasol' series does well here down to freezing temps. It does stop blooming, and looses a few leaves, but it doesn't die....at least in the short term. Mine has been in a hanging basket on my porch for 5 years, so root bound it needs daily watering. Our nights have been in the low 40s and 50s for weeks now, with days ranging from 60 to 80, and it still has a few blooms.
