I'm not wondering so much about the quality of the plants as the service of the company. It's been a week since I ordered, and aside from my order confirmation I haven't heard anything from them, and on the website my order status still states, "In Process".

Maybe I'm just spoiled by sellers with great communication and faster shipping.
