Could be asthma brought on by cold air... though I'm not sure it was cold two weeks ago?
Could be the wine histamines.
Could be dust in the duct system.
Could be palm flowers (my neighbor's palm is flowering. My Queen flowered about 3 weeks ago)
Some people cough when eating chocolate... have you?
