I'm still watching, Sheryl. I like raw figs even better than dried but do like both. I'll remember 'Chicago' come Spring. The back (south) side of our house is brick, absorbs the warmth of the sun in winter, and does provide a mini-climate. I've been zone-pushing with a number of things here. I grew figs in CA but that was a very different climate. Big Grin I think I had Celeste, for one, out there.
I garden for the pollinators.
