Well, all of this cooking is wearing me out! ... and getting me hungry. I'm craving T-giving dinner. Since it's just me, even if I visit a friend for TG I cook my own the day after. And I love leftovers. It's one of those meals that you need to have the foods and flavors you grew up with. I like my turkey dressing with Bell's sage seasoning and dried apricots. I like the gravy made a certain way and mashed potatoes with crushed roasted garlic. I've like French crust apple pie rather than pumpkin pie. Sounds like we're getting ready! Yum!
