ok you two tell me your method to sanding.

i have seen seeds as small as mustard seed that are hibiscus.
i take smaller seeds and place them on a piece of sand paper then take a sanding block on top and rub back and forth a few times. then drop them in water for 12 hours . then plant.

noticed up a few post to let seed sink then plant.
