Went to the beach on the mainland today. It was pleasantly warm and sunny. Swam in the Pacific/Sound for the first time. Data website listed water temp at 50F. Got in the water twice and didn't even die. Definitely took some getting used to. Mostly explored and sunbathed. Was a high of 69 on the island today. I think it was 73 over at the beach.
