I cut up a batch of mixed peppers for frying. Which means whatever I had picked. So I had various bell peppers, some Corbaci peppers, some sweet cayenne, some Shishito, some snacking lunchbox peppers. And I am sure I have forgetting something that was in the mix.
Just fried them up on some olive oil and man are they so good!! A blend of all sorts of flavors. Each bite gets something different.
