@UrbanWild
'i purchased a plaster statue at goodwill a couple yrs ago. I had some leftover outdoor paint from my garage door paint. I put two coats on it and picked up a small can of satin polyurethane (I did not want it shiny) and put 3 coats on. Let it dry 24 hr between each coat. Plaster is absorbent the outdoor pant and poly keeps it dry. Be sure you paint and poly the bottom really good so no moisture gets into the plaster.
