Just quick comment on the drying of seeds. You don't have to dry them, you can plant them while they are still fresh. They should in theory germinate, with no soaking. You dry the seeds to store for a period of time. If the seeds dry fully they require soaking for 5-7 days. This is to remove a chemical that prohibits germinate. Then they need a chilling period 60-70 days. This is information that I have gathered over the years.
