Judy Davisson works with a lot of "skyscrapers". One I got from her last year bloomed for me this year---and it really is a Tower: Al's Peach Tower. It is registered at 59". I planted it in a pot on my deck that stands, at soil level, about 18" tall. I had to stand on my tippy toes and bend the flower to pollinate it. Form is very "old-fashioned", but it has a pleasing peachy color. I also got 'Smooth Talking Stranger' from Judy, and it also bloomed. It's an Al's Peach tower kid, not as tall, but very nice flower with smooth texture, heavy substance, and clean color. The first three pics are Al's Peach Tower, the next two are Smooth Talking Stranger.
