Did Jeff Rowe ever sell under the name of "First Class Gardens?"
This was a fellow who would buy double fans off LA, divide them and resell as singles without ever putting plants in the ground.
He had a number of things going and made some YouTube videos too.
I ran into First Class Gardens on Ebay and followed to see what would happen next. Don't know where they are now. There are some decent sellers on Ebay, that just happened to be where I found this.
