Regarding the original 3 images, I'd be curious to hear opinions from anyone else, but my inclination is to move them. It is interesting to hear 2 different bot gardens had the same ID for these plants, but there are several Euphorbias which are called "candelabra Euphorbias" and it appears those two words can easily morph into a species of Euphorbia just by switching their position, basically. If the plants were younger and smaller I might have imagined them as young seedlings of candelabrum, but like I said before that species is pretty seriously arborescent and the stems are fairly wide to support all that weight.
