I have had this plant for several years. It is a very pretty little flower but doesn't have great branching or bud count here in the UK.
It flowers sparsely here, however it has produced pods for me in this very difficult year weatherwise which contained a high number of seeds when most of my other daylilies have aborted pods. I also have a seedling from it which has also produced a very high number of seeds this year.
Can be temperamental as to whether it decides to flower or not each year but having said that I grow in large pots so it might perform differently in the ground. Seems to need ideal conditions to perform well.
It is one of my favourites colourwise, being a rich purple and a bitone to boot, so I always enjoy seeing it when it does flower so have kept it for that reason.
