I'm doing these with the EZ Clone. I had good success with both methods. Both were close to 100 percent. If I had to pick one though, I'd choose the EZ Clone. I use cuttings about 4 inches long. I try to use the side shoots where there aren't any flowers, but any stem will root. If you do it outside in the bucket, make sure you do it in a place that gets some shade in the afternoon.
