Hey guys!

I've been nursing an orchid for half a year now, my mother was able to rot her roots and she survived a mealybug infection (the orchid, not my mom). Aaanyway, she was in an awful shape but she rewarded me with beautiful flowers that are blooming for months now!
My question is... How can I save her? I can see that she won't be able to produce new leaves because of the rot on the upper side of the plant, but I'm really hopeful that there is a way to help. Crossing Fingers!

Thank you very much!
