Essentially your orchid was neglected for far too long! This type needs yearly or at worse bi-annual re-potting into fresh media. Why? Because the orchid root needs air flow, oxygen, to survive. As the media breaks down, the roots die and the plant suffers.
You can save it by removing it from its container, cut off all the dead roots and all flower spikes and get it into fresh orchid mix which is primarily orchid bark. Bright light is good, no sun! Water it once every 4-5 days, never let it sit in water. Maybe it can be saved but it won't be easy. Fortunately for you they respond quickly to a re-potting and you should see marked improvement in 6-8 weeks. But I just can't tell from the images provided if there is enough "live" plant left for that to happen.
