Upon a closer look, it appears that this orchid will not survive. It needed proper care months ago, fortunately they are fairly inexpensive and can be had for $10-15 in numerous places. Not sure about availability in Hungary though.
Your orchid has "crown rot" which is most often caused by water sitting in the center of the plant causing it to rot. They can be saved occasionally but by following my instructions you have a chance. But it is a small chance and I don't want you to be too disappointed if it does not survive.
