I did a few things on this rainy day before running outside to play. I made homemade shower spray. It helps keep water marks off glass shower doors/curtains, fixtures, and soap scum off surfaces. I made a big batch this time so I can just keep refilling the spray bottle. It has Peroxide, Rubbing alcohol, Dawn Dish soap, Jet Dry (or similar), and water. Very easy and it works.

Gathered up all the garbage cans for Garbage Night.

Then I washed 40-something syringes for the dog's medicine. She takes phenobarbitol and benadryl to help with her seizures. I pre-measure the meds in the syringes so it is fast and quick to put it in her food. And fed the dogs their monthly Heartworm tablet.

Took DH to the doctor while I filled up the car with gas ($2.32/gal!) and shopped for some poly-fil for my Octopus for Preemies Crochet project. I have to stuff them "rock hard".

Watched and updated myself on the coordinates of H. Florence. (Our kids are out of harm's way in Jacksonville FL.) then watched predictions for Invest 95 in the Gulf of Mexico. Finally...went outside.
Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love Truly, Laugh
uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you Smile.
