of course we deep fried!!!!... no other way baby!!!
I have had a lot of luck with seeds in the past.. I used the tin loaf pans.. sprinkled the seed on the surface and just pushed them in with a squirt water bottle.. and covered the loaf pan with plastic wrap... have no luck trying to push them in by hand.. since they are so tiny.. and always seem to stick to my hand
