Jonna..yes.. it's mostly on the upward climb here..I can remember $50 /mo rents.. that were reduced to $28 after I went to the city and had the rate checked... now the same place would be over $1000.. and a building I was offered for $95,000 had 5 floors and a store... the store alone would rent for $25,000/mo now
and each floor would coop @ about 2 mil.. like they said they aren't making Manhattan any more... although that's proven to be untrue.. as they have captured and filled miles of the river for housing and parks..
