It's a beauty! I would love to be able to say which it is, but that would be guessing.. look at the red ones on this Chinese site, it seems the leaves vary in size and shape. The spadix sticking out the middle has two parts, the pollen bearing part at the top which falls down to fertilise the seeds below.
