It's interesting how some of the modern images we see are far better than the old registration photos on the AHS database. Not that long ago it was no simple task to get an accurate image in a digital format. Yesterday I was looking at the AHS image of Sanford Roberts' 'Green Dolphin Street', and shaking my head in bewilderment. I know it was the right flower, but wow, what a strange color. That one was the product of a 35mm slide scan and conversion. Times have really changed.
