What a tough question.
Maybe.. variegated Dracaena braunii, my potted lucky bamboo. I like the upright style, great for low light, keeps adding new stems, can be cut and rooted.

Or ponytail palm, it deserves a long life, after surviving my mother in laws windowsill and those glued rocks
Plant it and they will come.
