It's that time of year again, folks....all the nasties are coming out. Fall into the winter is the worst season for my greenhouse. Already found spider mites on my Heliconia roatrata and Yellow Rattleshaker calathea. Found mealies in the Ti plants. Found black hard scale on some palms and soft brown scale on some anthuriums, and thrips on two elephant ears. Been spraying sequentially with Neem Oil for 4 weeks now to get on top of it. BE VIGILANT! They can cause big damage really fast.
