Marilyn, Thanks. I bought it at an Amish nursery locally. The name and color caught my attention. That was back in 2011, and I had not seen any since. Next spring I will look again. I like the 'spreading, trailing wave types' which fill out large containers real well. And they do good directly in garden soil too. These pictured below are not Atomic Blue. But they were listed as 'generics' at a local nursery. They are from this year (2018) and did fairly well filling in some bare spots of the gardens. Hope this will help.
