Wistful, I love liverwurst, is hard on osteoarthritis. Has to be on white bread with mayo and a wedge of lettuce. Craved it while on the road, but the cravings have mellowed since I now control my food better. Greens in soup, you MIGHT try collards or brussel sprouts since they are a brassica too. I keep green onions growing year round- chop fine, thin slice a portabella and scramble with eggs and cheese for breakfast most mornings with a handful of baby greens(spinach, chard, kale) wilted in the skillet with a bit of butter. Occasionally add Colby Jack shredded...
