Hi everyone, newbie here. I have a main focal point of my backyard that i just don't know how to tackle. Area is 24 feet x 8 feet. I already have 3 fern pines planted in the middle and 4 english laurel in the back near the fence (hopefully they will grow into dense hedge). The front of this area is where i run into road block. I would want it to 'flow' with the right side of the house where i have more of a tropical / forest look. However, since the lot is very boxy with the rectangle paver and grass, should i plant something in curves around the trees to soften the look? Or should i just go in there with forest-dense plants?
Your thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.
