To my eyes, it does look like a variegated form of ZZ Plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) I found photos online of many variegated Zamioculcas zamiifolia: https://www.bing.com/images/se.... We currently don't have a database entry for a cultivar 'Variegata' but if a new database entry is created for it, perhaps Kaleem's photo could be moved over.

The Catalogue of Life is the scientific source used by the garden.org database and it shows Zamia picta as a synonym for Cycad (Zamia variegata)
