Hate the glass top stoves- I can't get water to boil if there is more than a gal and a half in the pan without waiting all day. I have beef shanks to fix tomorro- had to look for a simple recipe and debated the insta pot or the stove- haven't decided- will let ya know. I do like what Philip said about the pot inside the pot on the meatloaf- that might solve a problem...now, a Keto recipe for this...
