A wagon would be great! Movable!

The soil is about 5" deep in this mini garden, under just enough aquarium gravel to cover it. It is a more chunky soil, the bag said "palm/cactus" if I remember right.

I have another one that's only about 3-4" deep. The other one just has ground dirt. I've covered the soil of this other one twice with moss but pill bugs / roly-poly bugs keep eating the moss.
