@KarenHolt You'll love the Ali Baba. It actually made me fall in love with watermelon all over again. Crisp, dense flesh. Not grainy like a lot of watermelons. And sweet, classic watermelon flavor. I wish I could have it year round.
I had no luck on the ones I tried to grow. I still have one vine hanging on outside, but it's too late now for it to set fruit. The others never made it long enough to even get transplanted. (I blame my furnace going out last Feb and having a cold ass house for months. A lot of stuff I started indoors was not happy about the cold house). I'll try again next year. And I will be trying Ali Baba, because I'm in love with it!
