I also did a google search and couldn't find anything regarding toxins contained in Resurrection Plant (Selaginella lepidophylla) but one should always be vigilant (with pets who like to "taste" plants) and try to find a way to refocus their attention elsewhere. We had cats for many years and for most of them, a spray bottle of water worked. Whenever one of them went to nibble a plant, I'd spray it with water and eventually they'd get the hint and not bother any of my plants again but one of our kitties thought it was a game and when I pointed the spray bottle at her, she scrunched up her face ... just waiting for me to spray her. I had to watch that one particular feline closely because she liked to nibble on plants. Smiling

Found information on this page: https://www.wildflower.org/exp...

Another type of Selaginella, Golden Club Moss (Selaginella kraussiana) also said to be non toxic to cats: https://www.aspca.org/pet-care...

Here's the link to the page with the ASPCA list of Toxic and Non Toxic plants - CATS : https://www.aspca.org/pet-care...

I'm not sure about Jericho Rose (Anastatica hierochuntica) which is a desert plant found in areas of Africa and the Middle East.
