I use a microfiber sleeve on a long window cleaning pole that does telescope. Ettore brand. It actually works very good. I can clean the outside with no problem and the inside in the summer when most of the plants are outside. And I can also clean my windows. I buy Physan by the gallon too and actually need some more. I still wish there was something better. Algae is a big problem.
