Angelina: Sometimes I find Hoya carnosa cuttings are really slow before they take off. How many nodes were on the stem cuttings when you received them? Once I planted a single leaf that rooted but never really multiplied or grew into a vine so I learned to take stem cuttings with at least three nodes (the little nubs where leaves were previously growing) and I lay the stem longways on top of the soil, bury the nodes just beneath the soil and place a rock on top to hold them down. Roots seem to form quickly and growth is fast during the warm months here. Where do you live? Depending on where you live, you will probably see a spurt of growth on your cuttings next spring and summer when the weather warms up.
