Phalaenopsis recover quickly from a repot.
4-6 weeks and it should be growing again and looking better. Did you repot directly into the ceramic pot? I would recommend that you don't do that because the ceramic glaze could cause harm to the plant. Also the extra ceramic layer throws off the whole watering schedule. It takes much longer to dry out and the roots stay wetter longer.
I would suggest that any orchid be grown in a plain old plastic or clay pot and only put in a ceramic pot for display purposes when in bloom.
You are going to have a harder time trying to figure out when to water because of the extra ceramic layer.
Try watering once per pot inch and see how that goes. If it is a 5" wide ceramic pot, try watering every five days. 6" pot, every six days. See how it goes from there.
Phalaenopsis never like to go bone dry for too long. You water well and let them dry out. It is preferable to grow on the dry side if unsure since an orchid that is too wet suffers more quickly.
